The ROYMMI School of Leadership and Ministry is the training arm of the Royal Motivations Ministries (ROYMMI) that is aimed at raising abled, equipped, and empowered men and women with the right knowledge of leadership, missions and ministry services. It births a generation of people with the right sense of leadership fully equipped with the right knowledge and empowerment for trans-generational impact.
The ROYMMI School of Leadership and Ministry is the machinery for equipping and training people to become leaders in various capacities in the Societies, Churches and Communities by helping them discover and develop their God-given potentials and strengths.
The School provides corporate and personal training programs for individuals and committed group of individuals in personal development, relationship, ministry services and leadership with the intention of imparting knowledge, wisdom and understanding in order to produce a character of integrity, responsibility, vision, innovation, love and true leadership

Our Goals Are:

  • Raising studious and approved workmen unto God equipped to rightly divide the word of truth.
  • Educating, equipping and empowering labourers for the end time harvest of souls
  • Maintain the principle of the oracle of Christ.
  • Raising Reputable, Reliable and Resourceful Kingdom Ambassadors that are thoroughly furnished in life and ministry.
  • Raising Societal Change agents with undeniable relevance in life
  • Birthing new breed of innovators and pioneers into the marketplace and ministry
  • Equipping and Empowering leaders to go into the world as a System Shakers, Mountain movers, Pacesetters and Trailblazers

2 Timothy 2:2-3
And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. NKJV

Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore* and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.* NKJV

Hebrews 5:12-14
12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Isaiah 11:9
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD As the waters cover the sea. NKJV

Habakkuk 2:14,
For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. –NIV

2 Tim 2:15
Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth. AMP

Matthew 5:13-16
13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
14 “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. 2 Timothy 3:10-17
The Man of God and the Word of God
10 But you have carefully followed my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, love, perseverance, 11 persecutions, afflictions, which happened to me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra — what persecutions I endured. And out of them all the Lord delivered me. 12 Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. NKJV

2 Timothy 4:1-5
I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at* His appearing and His kingdom: 2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
